Nuccia Focile, Soprano Paul Charles Clarke, Tenor

Returning following her Cal Performances debut last fall, Nuccia Focile joins forces once again with the Berkeley Symphony Orchestra and conductor Robert Cole for another performance of great music from both opera and the American musical theater. This season, the acclaimed Italian soprano is joined by her husband, British tenor Paul Charles Clarke, who, in addition to his close association with the Welsh National Opera, has appeared at the Metropolitan Opera, the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, Deutsche Oper Berlin, and Santa Fe, Houston, and Seattle Operas.
