Stop by Alumni House on Cal Day for a talk on preparing for professional success while in college featuring Robin Reshwan. Robin is the President of Collegial Services and Careers writer for USNEWS.com. Workers under the age of 25 face an unemployment rate that is double that of the overall unemployment rate. One of the greatest obstacles to employment is lack of “real world” work exposure. Robin offers her expert advice on what parents and incoming freshman through seniors can do to overcome this obstacle and successfully launch a career after graduation. Attendees will also receive a timeline that outlines high impact (but not overly time consuming) networking and career development activities to pursue while at UC Berkeley.
