We all lead. Whether it’s teams at work, families at home, within our communities, at little-league, or even ourselves, we all lead. The role of leader can mean many different things, yet the basics- setting a vision, encouraging people to move together toward that vision, and engaging them along the way- is always required. Great leaders, those that consistently deliver at the highest level, bring focus and clarity to the vision with unwavering alignment.

This day-long workshop will offer participants an opportunity to assess their leadership skills, while identifying opportunities for development, and the skills needed to develop leadership capacity.

This workshop will be helpful for those that:

Lead- in any capacity
Would like to be less reactive
Would like to be more confident in their ability to lead
Would like to improve their communications
Would like to improve their ability to listen to others
Are interested in engaging in mindfulness practices such as sitting and walking meditation, guided meditation
