Gymnastics Class - Gym Tumblers

Gym Tumblers is for students who are ready to follow a coach's instruction without their parent. This class begins to educate students on gymnastics vocabulary and the function and safe utilization of each individual piece of equipment. Students begin to learn what muscles they are developing with each exercise and how to properly execute skills that will prepare them for Olympic gymnastics. Students achieve a comfort level with individual skills through repetition and encouragement.
