We’re heading to the Left Bank to celebrate Souvenirs by one of America’s most talented chefs, Hubert Keller. Raised in Alsace France, Keller grew up above his father’s patisserie. He apprenticed under many great French chefs until he became the chef/owner of the popular Fleur de Lys restaurant. Chef Keller has been named the James Beard Foundation’s “Best Chef: California.”
