In the dining room, they will be serving only a prix fixe three-course menu, $43.00 per person, children under 12 for $19.00, all excluding tax and gratuity. Main course choices include the Chalet traditional Turkey Dinner with dark and white turkey: Pan-Roasted Salmon with crushed potatoes; Grilled Filet with baked russet potato “gratin”; Cider-Cured Pork Chop with shaved Brussels sprouts; or Pumpkin and Three Cheese Raviolis with leek butter sauce with chanterelles and micro celery.
