Christopher Eccleston

Christopher Eccleston (born Feb 16, 1964 in Salford, Lancashire, England) is an stage, film and TV actor. His most notable film roles include "28 Days Later," "Gone In 60 Seconds," "Elizabeth," and "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra."

In 2005, he was the ninth incarnation of the Doctor in the hit British TV show "Doctor Who."
