The 2008 Bay Area Heart Gallery
When: July 12th - August 17th
Sunday 12-4:30 p.m., Saturday and Monday 10.a.m.-5:30.p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Friday 12-5:30 p.m.
What: The 2008 Bay Area Heart Gallery is a collection of beautiful photographs of children and youth in foster care that is dedicated to increasing the number of foster and adoptive families in the Bay Area, and heightening awareness of the hundreds of children that need homes in our community. The exhibit is a collaborative effort between four public and private youth services agencies - working together with community volunteers, photographers and artists.
Who: The 2008 Bay Area Heart Gallery is a partnership of four agencies that serve children and youth in foster care across the San Francisco Bay Area - including the Alameda Country Social Services Agency, the Human Services Agency of City and County of San Francisco, Family Builders and the San Mateo County Human Services Agency
