The Westin St. Francis Executive Pastry Chef Jean-François Houdré will unveil his signature 12-foot rotating holiday sugar castle in the Main Lobby of The Westin St. Francis. Resembling a French Chateau, the castle weighs over 1300 pounds and features more than 20 grand circular towers, more than 30 rooms, glowing windows and a running train. The top 2012 “newsmakers” will also be on display throughout the castle. The Sugar Castle will be on display November 21 - January 3.
