Lorena Ziraldo, Hotel California Artist in Residency Closing Reception

Over the course of her residence at Hotel California, Lorena Ziraldo will be painting from a series of photographs taken on a seaside family vacation last year. Her son, a recurrent focal point in her artwork, will be a strong presence in this series of work; his changing form as he grows older is expressed by the artist as a larger metaphor for the passing of time. Please join us for the closing reception where we will be celebrating the culmination of the artist's time at Hotel California.
