The Mixtape Society is a three year old San Francisco institution and gathering that has been featured on NPR and in the New York Times. It can perhaps best be described as a mixtape club meets Secret Santa party. People make and bring mixtapes based on the theme, and then leave with a mixtape assembled by someone else. Our next party, which is free to attend, takes place on Dec. 2 at the Makeout Room. This month's theme is "Snow Daze", and I am attaching a one-sheet.
