W San Francisco Executive Chef Paul Piscopo’s collaboration with S.F. food trucks continues with Bacon Bacon at the Local Motion dinner event at TRACE. A portion of the proceeds will go towards helping to bring Bacon Bacon’s food truck, which was destroyed by a recent engine fire, back to the streets of S.F. At Local Motion, Piscopo welcomes Bacon Bacon into his kitchen to collaborate on a casual menu that expresses their culinary passions and perspectives in a lively dinner party setting.
