Join Dance Out Diabetes for a free Salsa class on Saturday, January 12th from 1-3 pm at the African American Art and Culture Complex. Dance Out Diabetes is a local non-profit organization that prevents and manages diabetes through dance, education, and a lot of fun. Participants get a free $100 value health check-up, learn a new dance, and access certified diabetes educators.
