Hip Hip Hooray! Benefit for IYISF
Develop freedom in your hips and gain access to the strength of your legs; openness in this area also takes stress off the spine in the practice of all categories of asana.
The workshop will consist of four asana sessions - hamstrings, quadriceps, adductors and hip rotators - and a lecture on the physics of the human body by Janet's partner, Paul Levine. There will be a break between the first and second asana sessions each day.
