Your guides--Kaila Flexer on fiddle and Gari Hegedus on oud, saz, and other stringed instruments, of the musical duo Teslim--join the San Francisco Chamber Orchestra for an exciting program with unusual instruments, rhythms, and scales that will likely have you dancing in the aisles.

The Family Concert series introduces Bay Area children ages three through twelve to a wide range of classical music, setting the stage for a lifelong appreciation of this engaging art form. We also feature guest performances from highly accomplished youth soloists and community arts performers. And as part of San Francisco Chamber Orchestra's Side-by-Side Program, young musicians from the area's best music schools and ensembles are invited to rehearse and perform onstage alongside the professionals.
