Sequoia Audubon March program: NeoTropical Migrants by Joe Morlan

Joe Morlan, ornothology instructor at City College of San Francisco, will present a program on Neotropical migrants. The presentation will focus on species that breed in the SF Bay area but migrate long distances to Mexico, Central or South America. The costs and benefits of migration will be discussed, as well as theories about the evolution of migratin and various migration strategies.
