Join us for yoga every Friday at the Marin History Museum. Yoga is one of the most ancient forms of physical and mental exercise. This yoga series will be lead by Laura Gannon, a certified yoga teacher RYS 200. Laura has been teaching and studying yoga for over 25 years. This gentle series can give you the building blocks you need to increase flexibility & strength while de-stressing your body, mind and spirit. BYOM! (we do have additional yoga mats if needed). Arrive early; space is limited.
